      Relatively fast hire on process.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t care about drivers and will allow companies to treat them however they like. I was constantly gaslit, manipulated, and lied to all because transforce wanted to keep the contracts.

      There are multiple jobs available to you after being approved to drive. Very nice management Good starting pay

      Cons

      TWO MAJOR LAYOFFS in the last 6 months. They only laid off the workers that actually work and kept the multiple chief officers that make well over six figure who don't do much.
