There is a feel good factor from working for an organisation that really cares about its clients and staff. We all work in small supportive teams, but have a good understanding of how what we are doing contributes to the organisation overall. Our successes, big or small, are acknowledged, and we are given a genuine opportunity to help shape how things are done.
Cons
Being a third sector organisation means that Transform isn't able to pay the salaries it would ideally like, but they are fair, and there are other perks eg a generous annual leave entitlement.
