Not much room for upward growth, middle man between billing and client e.g. responsible for tracking and running copays.

From the very beginning, when I walked into orientation and was told exactly where to sit, there was an authoritarian vibe. I sunk into the old couch, alongside three ladies from billing, where I was trained on how to bill my customers, They don't tell you in the interview that you have to collect payments from your clients. Then, I was informed I must see virtual clients from the office, while other clinicians are allowed to work entirely from home. Again, they don’t tell you this in the interview. The office I was assigned was highly secluded and isolated, leaving me vulnerable to anything. I stayed a concern for my safety and was met with pushback and misogyny.
