Pros

Okayish Benefits. Monday through Friday schedule. Holidays off. Supervisors are great!

Cons

Overworked for 18-21 an hour, really low pay with no raises if you don't hit every single metric for your performance review. Instead of doing what a lot of companies do and have a range for a raise, so if you hit so many metrics you get this much. Dealing with clients who are angry as they cant get through to billing. Billing is run by millennium, any time a client calls them, they say they cant help them and tell them to contact the clinic. This has been going on for a long time. You can tell this company is run by a private equity group. That is one way to truly ruin healthcare. They truly have no regard for the communities they are serving. The therapists are also underpaid and fully overworked with overflowing case loads. Intake is told to schedule as much as you can. Upper Management doesn't really care about what employees are saying. Supervisors try to help you as best as they can but their hands are tied. No real change happens. The clinics are a revolving door of employees. They cannot keep client care staff/therapists even Clinic Directors to save their lives. That high of a turnover in the mental health space is a huge red flag. Existing clients cant get help from anyone. Arguable Intake is the most important team. They get people in the door. Scheduling hundreds of people a month, with little to nothing to show for it. Also a revolving door of people. Undercompensated and under supported. They dont treat employees like they are cared for and valued. They treat them like they are replaceable or like they don't make the company actually thrive from the ground up. The employees s are the only reason this company exists. Without frontline staff you have nothing. Client Care and Intake are treated horrible.
