Pros

The company was way fine before feb 2026

Cons

The leadership shift has completely destroyed the internal hierarchy and professionalism of this organization. Merit has taken a backseat, while favoritism has become the primary criterion for opportunities, privileges, and recognition. Rules exist only on paper and are selectively enforced depending on who you are and whose good books you’re in. The company proudly claims that Work From Home is granted only during genuine emergencies and that policies are applied equally to everyone. In reality, exceptions are conveniently made for a select group of favorites under the most absurd and unjustifiable excuses, while others are expected to blindly comply without question. Work-life balance is practically non-existent. Employees are expected to sacrifice their personal lives, physical health, and mental well-being for the organization. You can work 12 hours straight, stretch yourself beyond reasonable limits, and deliver results consistently, yet there is absolutely no appreciation, recognition, overtime compensation, bonus, or even basic acknowledgment of your efforts. Your dedication is treated as an obligation rather than a contribution. What is even more insulting is the obsession with micromanagement. A five-minute delay can trigger lectures, taunts, and passive-aggressive remarks, as if employees are schoolchildren being disciplined rather than professionals being managed. Ironically, nobody seems concerned when employees are overworked for hours beyond their official schedules. Apparently, exploitation is acceptable, but a minor delay is considered a crime. One particular department stands out for all the wrong reasons. Employee growth, promotions, and recognition appear to be driven entirely by personal preferences of those in authority rather than competence, performance, or fairness. Respect is conditional, opportunities are selective, and decisions are often dictated by ego rather than organizational interest. An organization cannot thrive when power is concentrated in the hands of individuals who operate on bias, favoritism, and personal agendas. Such a culture destroys morale, discourages talent, and rewards politics over performance. What remains is an environment where hard work is taken for granted, loyalty is exploited, and employees are viewed as expendable resources rather than valued professionals. If your idea of management is favoritism, micromanagement, and exploitation disguised as dedication, then congratulations—you have successfully built a workplace that drives away talent instead of nurturing it.

Pros

A few selective supportive team members who helped get through the years

Cons

The concerns raised across teams have repeatedly been dismissed or minimized, creating a clear imbalance of power, support, and accountability. Favoritism is brazenly dispensed, with inconsistent expectations and a lack of consequences for disruptive behavior. Toxicity is high, accompanied by poor communication and persistent power games that continue to sap morale and mental peace across the organization. Multiple layers of management appear complicit, enabling selective treatment and reinforcing these dynamics which is very unprofessional. These patterns affect confidence, stability, and mental health safety. Professional boundaries often seem poorly defined, leading to inconsistent and selective treatment. The customer support function is struggling significantly. Public ratings may not fully reflect internal realities, as feedback is often "prompted" rather than earned genuinely. If leadership issues continue to go unaddressed and the decline in service quality remains visible to clients, it will further damage the brand. Truth be told, no team can thrive when unchecked behavior is allowed to override process, employee well-being, and accountability. Unfortunately, these issues are not isolated and reflect broader organizational failures.
