Pros

Transifex has an established business from years of work on our TMS for localization, but is also leading the industry in innovation for use of AI. It's exciting to get to work somewhere with this continuous innovation. The team is large enough that you're not on your own, but also small enough that you can have a real impact. It's a remote first company and I like working from home, getting to skip the commute. The culture is also great with some of the most supportive, helpful coworkers I've ever had.

Cons

Almost all regular company communication is done over Slack. It can be a great tool for a remote first company, but with so many messages on so many channels, it can be challenging to go back and find information after you initially have read it.

Pros

Fully remote work, family atmosphere, everyone eager to help others, clear organizational structure, simple outlines and goals.

Cons

Can't grab a coffee with your work bestie because she is all the way across the globe.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We are proud to work fully remotely and at the same time work so well, collaboratively and successfully together. We love simplicity and streamlining, as this helps us cooperate more efficiently. And our core values guide us, focusing (but not only) on the 'be a true teammate' and 'truly own it' ones. Working remotely and globally has its challenges, and one of them is not being able to meet often live and face-to-face with your amazing colleagues. Hopefully, we will be able to plan again our Team Summit where we bring everyone together! We appreciate the time you spent to give us your feedback!
