They gave the employees a Mental Health Day, which is very needed working at the company.
Cons
Poor Management and Lack of Patient Care. The management have very poor skills and do not show the staff appreciate. This company does not show diversity and do things that will show racism. This company is Home Health and is supposed to provide excellent patient care. On a daily basis, family and patient call because management do not return calls regarding their family member or themselves. It is very sad to have a manager to stated they will call them back because they are in a meeting. They have expired supplies and allow staff to do wound care without gloves. The management failed to review this with the staff and did not hold her accountable. If it was my family member there is no way, I would continue serve with this company.
