Pros

You can gain experience for an entry-level position, the interviews are fairly easy. The workload is diverse, so there are always different tasks to keep you busy. The team members are great. The work is totally remote. There is usually not too much overtime, and it is paid.

Cons

They burn you out a lot. Huge staff turnover (even in the upper management) Very low salaries, even by Argentine standards. They outsource coordinators to Vietnam, Ukraine and Argentina to cut corners, which is quite telling. You can forget about bonuses or professional growth, they will basically keep you in the same position giving you more work without increasing your salary. Most of the time you have to manage more than 10 projects at a time and you are expected to complete them flawlessly, which is almost impossible as long as you are human. Also, you are supposed to multitask to the point of losing track of what you have to do. Huge workload, the workflow is very, VERY fast. One manager basically does the work of three. Don't expect to be thanked for your work, expect a lot of criticism, put downs for small mistakes and micromanagement.

Pros

- Teamwork. You can help to each other in case you need it. - Overtime is paid. - As a project manager, you learn how to manage different CAT tools.

Cons

- Low salaries comparing with other translation agencies. - Excessive workload and the high management and HR know that but they prefer not to hire new project managers. It increases the burnout among the project managers. There isn't any work-life balance. -HR only cares about the people located in Argentina.
