Some challenges I faced were: - tight deadlines turn into interesting working hours: but totally not expected and totally by vokunteer/ due to my intense inability to handoff my workload, and key note here- their hq is in AU so really no absolute need for this - varying workloads: some weeks high volume and others low. If only I could always have a steady medium...
