Good Company - Head Of Operations Transnational Group Employee Review

Most of the colleagues are nice and okay to work with.

Very outdated system and workflow, the whole company is lagging behind in terms of productivity and efficiency. Don’t know what the Digital Transformation team is for, absolutely nothing concrete and good has been produced by them. Team lead looks to be busy everyday, giving many ideas to other departments & management, but many years has passed and absolutely nothing has been done or improved at all, even I'm worried for the company. Sadly, management does not have much visibility on the ground and not in touch with many workers.

Good team, enjoying and fun colleagues.

Bad management, no increment or bonus. Pay new hire higher than old staffs.
