Highly efficient and employee friendly management. No toxic or destructive people and none allowed. Managements keeps and eye on recruitment to ensure newcomers are aligned with company corporate culture and spirit. Very advanced level of business processes. Everybody knows perfectly what are their goals and areas of responsibility. Almost no conflicts or drama since there are very little gray areas.
