no raises, EVER! after many years, same salary. Mgmt openly speaks bad about people once let go& is very unprofessional. Company bought several companies during COVID, and now the private equity firm who is majority owner wants out...new products arent working too well,-company blames stupidity of their customers for failure-started firing people to trim the fat-with no real notice. Used to be a good, fun, friendly place, but that has been gone for a long time....now dog eat dog
