      Can fire any employee any time Can even terminate their operations with just a notice period of one month... leaving its employee jobless Do not provide PF Do not give appraisals on time

      Low salary. No compensation for overtime.

      Poor management , very partial, you have to treat manager as he or she wants otherwise you cannot imagine whats coming your way.
