Pros

No pros really, look at the cons

Cons

- Super long interview process (took them a month to conduct 4 interviews and send an offer) - Salary is just LAUGHABLE for requirements and this kind of lengthy interview process - No sense of team collaboration or good working culture (interviewers looked tired and uninterested)

Pros

Great chance to apply SDLC-related and technical skills to a worthwhile mission. Fun, kind, passionate and smart teammates. Challenging work.

Cons

No company is perfect. Perks can be expanded (same can be said for most companies).

Pros

You get a paycheck. You get some free drinks and snacks once every 2 weeks. There is a nice public park in front. There is a liquor store near by. There is a video game console you may be able to use after work hours, if you have time. They have the standard 10 paid days holidays. Head of QA is a great likable person.

Cons

Repetitive non challenging work, it could be easily automated. Is not a place to develop an actual career. Have to deal with condescending attitude from some. No benefits compared to the average software companies. Growth is limited, there is like 3 hardworking people that have been there close to ten years with the same job titles. There are only about 3 roles in the company (excluding management), and the company is really flat, the boss of your boss is the CEO. Salary raises have to be reminded, and every year salary reviews moves later and later in order to save money overtime for the investors. They lay off someone after giving 2 weeks notice in one ocation, just because he was saying good bye. And they insist to employees on keeping benefits information secret.
