Growth potential is there as the company is fairly new. Upper management is receptive to feedback, but don't look for immediate action on every single item.
Cons
Severely cost effective. Insufficient effort applied to team building and skill improvement. Some resources have a "not my responsibility" mindset which has a massive, negative impact on dedicated individuals.
