Pros

The work culture is very supportive, and the organization genuinely cares for its employees

Cons

Flexible work options such as a work-from-home facility can be introduced, especially for emergency or medical situations. Additionally, providing a cab facility would be a valuable benefit for employees.

Pros

Genuinely technical work environment where you're encouraged to work with the latest tools and technologies rather than being stuck on legacy stacks. AI is properly integrated into the day-to-day workflow and SDLC, to improve how the team builds and ships. If you have a solid idea, getting buy-in for a POC is genuinely achievable. What stands out most is that leadership is willing to back the right approach even if it takes longer, rather than always pushing for the fastest shortcut. Pay is strong compared to similar roles elsewhere, and HR is genuinely approachable. Overall, if you're someone who wants to keep learning, experiment, and actually implement your ideas, this is one of the better places to do it.

Cons

None that i can think of.

Pros

Collaboration : Work alongside supportive, skilled colleagues who genuinely embrace a strong sense of teamwork and shared success. Workplace: Enjoy a transparent, values-driven culture that promotes inclusivity and maintains a healthy work-life balance. Leadership: Leaders are accessible, communicate clear goals, and actively encourage feedback from employees at all levels. Balanced Hybrid Work Model: A regular weekly work-from-home day provides a good mix of focused remote work and in-person collaboration. Comfortable Office Environment: A well-stocked pantry with snacks and beverages helps make the office a welcoming and enjoyable place to work. Commitment to Professional Development: Comprehensive Learning & Development initiatives support continuous skill-building and provide clear opportunities for career growth.

Cons

Limited Hybrid Flexibility: While the weekly WFH day is valuable, the policy can feel restrictive compared to organizations offering greater flexibility or additional remote work days.
