Lovely workplace and good work/life balance - Clerical Officer Transport Infrastructure Ireland Employee Review

I really enjoyed working at TII. They have a great HR function and a very thorough onboarding process. There is no expectation you will do things above your pay grade and the other staff are very supportive. It was a fast-paced work environment which isn't for everyone, but I found it the right amount of challenging for me. There is plenty of room to move up in the organisation and they are very supportive in paying for training for all staff. They offered 3 days a week working from home, and were committed to keeping this.
