Pros
I started working at Abellio around 2 months ago the people are all amazing not a single person has been rude to me everyone I’ve met I’ve quickly became friends with inside and outside of work! The software Abellio taxi team use was very easy to learn especially as i was trained by amazing people right after my first day I was getting along and learning new things daily even 2 months in I’m still learning more and more the software has endless learning (shortcuts) (certain codes) etc the staff are all lovely as a whole I’m always getting asked if I would like tea and coffee although I don’t drink neither 😂 but the people here are amazing and the job as a whole is adventurous (in a good way).
Cons
I don’t think there really is any cons other than at (some points) the software the taxi team use can run slow but over all not many cons)
