TI provides a very laid-back work atmosphere. Wrok hours are M-F, 8=5. The best company for work\life balance that I've worked for. C suite was engaging and connected, my direct managers were involved, communicative' and always willing to step in and help if needed.

Maybe the pay, but there are trade offs for that. I got to work from home, PTO is was never denied for me, PTO is pretty generous.

This is what you would consider a good old boy place. This was a revolving door. I must have seen 40 people be let go inside of a few months. No diversity and the leaders in place are are no afraid of treating you different and grade you much harder if you are of color or a women. No direction, there are so many other choices to work in this industry. Look at UPS, Fedex, DHL, Worldwide Express instead. Don't waste your time here. Ask them about how many people were laid off over the last three years and then ask them why. This should provide you a clear picture of what you are considering.
