Transtelco is a growing company that has great leadership. The senior managers expect hard work and results; however, they also understand the importance of a friendly corporate culture with open channels of communication. You are always welcomed to provide your input if you think you can help with a process improvement. Additionally, if you are interested in a different department within the company they will allow you to explore that department and even transition in some cases.
Cons
As with any growing company. growing pains are not absent. Getting the systems to keep up with new demands and requirements is sometimes a struggle simply because of time contraints and conflicting priorities within departments.
