      No brick and mortar so you can set your own and and work at your pace.

      Cons

      Many "hidden" costs in FDD. Costs include monthly Minimum Royalty, all kinds of unwarranted fees and super high transfer fee relative to overall cost.

      Very little, some basic training

      Cons

      TBA takes a huge franchise fee, above the industry standard. Brokers who won't reward top producers with a higher split offer nothing to the process. There are much better broker companies out there. It's 1099 full commission so no income for 1-2 years.
