Pros

If you are working in their lending related product no pros!

Cons

Worst company and worst management I have ever seen. Treat their employees like slaves. can call u anytime for work(at 12 , 1 , 2 am in the morning). no work life balance. no personal life. manipulative manager (want to write name, but there's only 1 manager of this project so everyone knows) If they are hiring u for the project mentioned please prefer being jobless than having a job with mental issues. Irony is HR also offers u mental wellness sessions after all the torture. will not let u buy out notice period and torture u like anything. Please ask the project before joining or check with people on linkedin about your project by sharing your interviewer’s name.

Pros

Good environment to learn new technologies. Staff is supportive.

Cons

Most of people want to leave Trantor before confirmation (i.e. 6 Month), because after that, they have to serve 3 months notice period. You have to serve the notice period for 3 months in order to take relieving letter (No other option is available) On the name of the Increment they give chiller to the employees & this is the main reason people don't want to join the company or want to switch. Iteration rate is high due to notice period & increments.
