      Pros

      I have worked in Tranz for one year. And I got opportunity to work in new technologies such as Big data and data mining. This experience help me build my career. Now moved to Japan as I got an opportunity to work in continental Japan. Tranz is a good company if you are looking to work in good projects with overall project development experience.

      Cons

      Don't have much cons as the management is open for the employee suggestions.

      I have known Tranz Software for more than 15 years now in a professional capacity and I am very impressed with their professionalism and awesome products. I have been working in USA for about 20 years now in the software engineering, in various top level companies like Oracle and now Uber. Prior to that, I studied at IIT Bombay and came to the US for my masters. I have worked with Tranz Software for about 15 years now in projects in various cutting edge technologies including a recent one related to Big Data. I hear that Tranz is also working on Artificial Intelligence, Python etc. I recently came to know that Tranz Software has opened a new marketing office in the United Kingdom. This is a testament to their rapid growth; and also signifies that they are branching out into new areas ; both technologically and geographically. I have the utmost respect for the quality of work at Tranz Solutions. I wish them all the best !
