Pros
For the director position, bonuses were great - paid predominantly with CSI stock. CSI continues to do very well.
Cons
Definitely a cash cow type company for CSI, the parent organization. It's all about providing sticky software at a premium list price and re-occurring maintenance. Any cost is considered a necessary evil, and so the company culture is not to provide innovative, progressive solutions, or world class services. It's to focus on sales. I highly effective strategy, as the CSI stock continues to climb, but not the best place for those looking to do innovative, great things for their clients.
