      Pros

      Work from home. People care about industry. Excellent client relationships. Willingness to train new team members. Anything that is not clear, team members take time to walk through ambiguity.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be refined and made more clear. Onboarding tasks can be made more clear (initiatives currently on going to enhance this).

      Pros

      Generous pay structure, including bonuses and commission. I was not with the company long enough to receive bonuses.

      Cons

      Zero training. I came into this role brand new to the industry and wasn’t given any parameters to operate within. Everything was up to me on how I operated, but with no experience in the industry I didn’t know what to do.
