We are very proud of our in-house technology team and how they are able to continue building innovative, ground-up solutions - something that sets us apart in the industry. It is important to clarify that the Contact Center is the core of TI and the nature of the role itself. Labeling this as a "con" seems to reflect a misunderstanding of the position's fundamental responsibilities.
