Pros
Specialized in travel industry. Many people could not stand the way the work was running there so that gives you priority if you could survive. for some employees the salary was good.
Cons
A lot of work, with no clear strategy. Bad team leader. No planning. Things get changed very frequently that makes your code unreadable. Always on pressure. You will learn all the things you should know in the first 6 months then every thing will be routine. Old way of coding.
