Cons
Not to many cons exist when you find an employer that wants you to grow the company based off your talents and strengths. If you can prove yourself, they will move out of the way and allow you to make things happen. If you are afraid to work hard and get your hands dirty, this probably isn't the place for you. Growing company that is extremely fast paced. Its not for the faint of heart and not for everyone. You need to be flexible and be able to adapt, again not for everyone
