No cons as such. Its an amazing place to work at. Employees are really helpful as they help us get comfortable and improve the performances.

I have seen no Pros in this company.

1)The management is the worst of all, they are biased and laziest of all, they give one liner note as requirement documentation. 2)No professionalism. they call you in weekends for work and did not even give credit for it. 3)Engineering managers will treat you as a labours. 4)No proper hikes 5)No benefits for employee. 6)no team collaboration.no knowledge sharing. no one knows what technical architects are doing. 7) no transparency they make you work like 24/7 even they call on weekends. but during hikes they say like you did this thing wrong like wise they make excuses. I have seen people getting 0 percent hike in this company. still many more. Funny thing is that one of the technical architect do not even know that GET request does not contain BODY. LMFAO PK. Please do not join.if you join then you are screwed up.
