Small company. Timeoff near big holidays. Weekends off. Vice President is very active in day to day work life. Very nice person. She does listen to employees and goes to bat for employees on important issues.

Cons

Very low pay for work performed. Commission is super low if you hit you monthly goal. Middle Management is not great. Very Micromanage Beneifits are very expensive. Timeoff is minimal. Hard to get timeoff due to Very small company. If 2 people are out for the day you cant leave or take a sick day. No real travel benefits other then Iatan Card.

Pros

Coworkers are the BEST! I truly appreciate each and every one of them! Great office and work environment. Flexible schedules and managers are willing to go the extra mile. Love to travel? This is the place for you!

Cons

Get ready to get to work. This is a fast paced industry with high demand. Get out your white gloves... because Travelink's customers expect the best-in-class service. I work closely with every employee and they are all exceptional at what they do. Be prepared to learn from the best and exceed your own expectations.

Pros

I changed industries to work in Travel after 16 years on automotive and happy to be associated with a midsize company that works with a big brand, American Express Travel. In addition, I appreciate the strength in the leadership team to continue striving for excellence and willingness to change course to do so. Change isn't easy and most people don't care for it, but when you find something that works you don't just do that. You continue to hone it and keep it aimed at the future of your customers and industry. I have confidence Travelink will continue to operate in this manner.

Cons

It's different for everyone because we have a lot of people who work from home, the offices we have all operate in a unique way, we have independent advisors and the positions themselves are very different so offering benefits, incentives, and compensation packages that are "fair" to everyone is a challenge.
