Pros
Interesting products, hardworking people, nice interesting customers.
Cons
Small company that has so many processes in place, even more strict about it than large multinationals. It also doesn't allow quick and easy interactions between coworkers because everything needs to be through a certain process, ticket systems or using a specific format. Remotely working doesn't work well for them, because everything takes ages and customers keep on waiting because of it. Also, payment problems. They ask for a low dayrate, but actually by the hour, based on time tracking, (so they don't pay fixed per day, but actually much lower, and only for hours spent. And they decide what hours they pay for afterwards.) So they don't even pay all the hours that you spend, even if they ask you to perform certain tasks, need to brush up on some specific knowledge or when visiting or working on things for their customers. So beware!
