Pros
Great ideas app ideas and some very talented people. I've met some very nice people here. New offices that are certainly an improvement on the old offices.
Cons
There have been some great people I've met here but the good ones don't last long. They either leave or are pushed out. There is a very negative fearful environment here which comes from the top down and that is directed at both the new and the old guard. Yes the company went through an acquisition but there has been a massive opportunity to make things better blatantly ignored. The management are all inexperienced and there is a lot of in department bullying and power posturing that goes on which has made my whole experience unpleasant. People have tried to speak up and they are shut down fairly quickly.
