      - Fast paced culture - High energy - Lots of green space to explore

      Cons

      - Rough getting a GTM market / Sales engine off the ground - No leadership or sense of IC support / growth - Favoritism & tribalism >> experience & lived experiences - Product management leaves much to be desired as a triad group

      Fun team Work in the AI Space

      Cons

      They have turned a lean startup into a bloated sales org and process. old school leaders who sell with arrogance and methods from the 90s. CEO needs to step in soon. CTO is lost, no clear role at the company so micromanages everyone. The entire company can’t stand him, as he can’t bring anything to the table except process.

      - Strong team - Get to work in AI

      Cons

      - Trash leadership. Some of the founders are toxic as hell and not even good at their own job - Terrible WLB, long hours with mandatory 60 hours a week and 10 hours in office everyday. During crunch periods you work way more than 60 hours. - No PMF and no clear path to getting there
