      Pros

      Every single person who works at this organization is doing so for the clients. Client care is the priority here! The organization is making lot of changes to better serve the clients and in attempts to better the staff. Staff need to look past the hard change at first, and understand that it is for the better in the long run. Great people to work with and lots to learn.

      Cons

      High turnover causes upset employees, however HR team does work hard to hire the right individuals for the roles.

      You will at least get paid

      Bad company, unable to keep staff, older staff will yank things out of people's hands, older staff talk smack about you to their colleagues and managers, the older staff will yell at their clients, complain about others to you in order to try to get you to start complaining about them too, they basically want to use their new employees as tools until they've retired and then you can have a personality similar to theirs that they have a problem with. Hired on as a contractual individual so no benefits and no vacation; so, nothing to really keep employees around aside from a pay cheque. With such toxicity it is no wonder most of the older individual's bodies are going.

      Supervisors and managers are clueless about the work being done or not being done.

      Cons

      Many Cons. Unorganized, overworked, underpaid, bully bosses, unprofessional, genuine toxic environment. Depressed clients.
