Traverse Legal is a great place for any attorney to land, whether you have been practicing for years or its your first job out of law school. The partners and staff are amazing and are very welcoming/helpful. We all consider each other family. Wonderful work/life balance and a lot of flexibility to work remotely and schedule weekday appointments as needed. Generous pay, bonuses, and benefits.

Organization and procedures could be improved. Sometimes, the area of law can get a little dry, but those are minor cons compared to the many pros.

Great innovative approach to customer service and the practice of law. Great pay. Everyone is like family. Culture is amazing .

You need to be motivated. This place is for innovators. Also, if you like drama, there is none here.
