Pros
Great Benefits, good management team, quality products, nice people. I would highly recommend Trayer Engineering Corporation as a good place to work especially if you are looking for a long term job. They have been in business for 54 years.
Cons
The company went through a union strike last year. It was tough but they survived and are coming back strong. They have new products coming out soon and it is a good time to be here.
