We understand the delays with relocation can be disheartening for many of our employees, however it really is important to us that the project is completed to the highest standard to enable us to provide the best services to our customers and offer a safe environment for our employees, with many delays being outside of our control.
We appreciate you recognise the work we have done to try and align salary structures and we also continuously review our reward package to balance with market rates and remain competitive.
