One of the worst, if not the worst, company I have ever worked at. The management is extremely unprofessional and shows blatant displays of favoritism. Managers allow only certain people to work remotely. It does not matter if you have the exact same position or ranking as someone else -- if you aren't the favorite, you get nothing.
The school is run by incompetent people with zero managerial experience and it shows. Their decisions are completely flawed. They give you the bare minimum in terms of holidays. This is a school and students are off for an entire month but the administration is still expected to come in on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. They want us to sit there in our offices doing nothing instead of logically give us the day off. But don't worry, the boss' favorites will get to work from home during this time (i.e. not work).
