Allow hybrid/remote work. Great work environment. A very passionate team who genuinely support one another. There aren't really any toxic people. Most leaders seems to truly support their staff and are invested in their success. A really trustworthy and approachable leadership team.

Can be a bit slow to implement newer processes, but they're working on it. It's going through a lot of change as the organization grows.

Small, friendly, passionate team of hardworking individuals. Each member plays a purposeful role in the organization instead of being a cog in a giant machine. Employees can make a tangible impact here. Leadership team is approachable. The organization supports a hybrid and remote working environment, and a strong work life balance.
