Allow hybrid/remote work. Great work environment. A very passionate team who genuinely support one another. There aren't really any toxic people. Most leaders seems to truly support their staff and are invested in their success. A really trustworthy and approachable leadership team.

Can be a bit slow to implement newer processes, but they're working on it. It's going through a lot of change as the organization grows.

Tree Canada has an extremely passionate and skilled team of workers that are really good at working as a team. Positive work culture, no clicks or nastiness among the departments. Great professional development opportunities. All in all, a great place to work!

The organization needs to hire more people.
