They are very family oriented

You have to work some weekends

Some nice people at the middle management ranks and below. Work-life balance not too bad although a lot of time wasted on stupid stuff. Not too bad of a place to hang out at if you need a job but there are many better places out there.

Executive management team is questionable at best. New people brought in that think they know everything. Raises, promotion, career advancement, minorities, etc. are rare in this company. No strategy to compete with cheaper imports.
