Pros
A lot of freedom. In my role I didn't have to come into the office everyday.
Cons
Manager called me on my cell phone at all hours and every day including Sunday. So much change too fast. A few new managers were hired to report to Sam and Craig D and they are soooo horrible that it is telling what the new direction of the company is. Managers tend to be anger and want information RIGHT AWAY. Too many systems, which means data is every where, it is impossible to get accurate budgets/forecasts. The managers seem to think that SAP will save the day! I have worked on SAP for nine years, it doesn't save the company.
