      Pros

      The company provides affordable health insurance, and they also match a reasonable amount of 401k with their employees.

      Cons

      Some lines (especially my line) have to work almost every Saturday without any rotation schedule. They do not pay enough, and we don’t have certain holidays off.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
