Low salary. Low bonus percentage. Hardly pays out bonus. No training. Tries to streamline processes but instead makes them painfully longer and convoluted. Little to no communication from corporate teams to plant location teams. Constantly changing processes but do not effectively communicate or train on new process, yet expected to deliver new process flawlessly. Corporate teams say one thing and do another. High turnover of corporate staff make it difficult to have consistency. Flavor of the month type of culture.
