      Pros

      Great top out pay. One of the best in the area. The operators are reat people and very knowledgeable in there job. Moving up in company has become better though they tend to play favorites.

      Cons

      Insentives have gone way done. Management doesn't hold anyone accountable and focus on wrong things. Only want softball questions or complaints.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
