Pros
It is definitely a fast-paced and busy environment. Great opportunities to forge your own way and challenging projects to contribute to and learn from. Everyone is invested in not only the success of the company but the minute details in each project as well. I look forward to coming in to work each morning and genuinely enjoy my work. They ask and listen to your concerns and are continuously trying to address them, they are improving rapidly in every aspect. Working in a start up has its own benefits. Good exposure, more work so you learn more and better opportunities to grow as the company grows. I've had the ability to work independently like I've never been able to work in my career so far. The leadership is amazing to say the least. The company runs on the beliefs and hard-work of the President, CEO and CTO.
Cons
It's a smaller, start-up company, so the salaries aren't as high as other companies but the positive attributes make up for it. Otherwise, there are hardly any cons. Anything else that I could think of have been or are being addressed.
