      Culture and people Flexibility Challenging work but great life balance I really enjoy coming into the office and engaging with so many incredibly smart engineers who all seek to make each other better. Treetown provides many opportunities to try new things and grow.

      Cons

      I really don't have any other than traffic around Ann Arbor.

      Cooperative and friendly work culture, hybrid work environment, very flexible with things, excellent work-life balance, lots of hands-on learning and mentorship opportunities, competitive pay
