Pros
Great cycling products and deals on a ton of outdoor stuff; HR does a great job of hiring like-minded people which means you end up working with a lot of friends; likes to promote from within
Cons
The pay is 60% of market average. I have verified this through a handful of online sources, and when I brought this up to HR they claimed that my data was wrong but they wouldn't share their data. The same year, they denied my group's bonus because the financial goals we agreed on at the beginning of the year, they then denied because at the end of the year and time of bonus payout they claimed that the numbers were under-valued and we didn't actually earn it. When I received a similar role at a different company, I received actually slightly above the market average for my role, thus a huge wage increase. It is also a bit like being in a toxic relationship, where one day it is fun and telling jokes, then the next it's being yelled at during a 14 hour day.
