Training and exposure to work with best minds in Salesforce. They are much more ahead than any SF org in India, and very technical team! They give opportunity everyone, and if you have potential to nail it then sky is the limit. They give more than 80% hike if you reach their expectations! Also, flexible timing, work from home/native, Gym, Gifts, Outings, Fun, Awards, Annual event and Respect. They give bike, travel package, smartphones, SLR cameras for completing years with them. Also Dreamforce and on site opportunities. They have a bright future!
Cons
Some time you need to work on weekend or late night, but that's fine, they give holiday and flexible office hours!
