Pros

Management at all levels is focused on growth and pushes the team to achieve top quality results, but maintains a fair work/life balance. The phrase "family comes first" is spoken often, but more than that, is followed-up with actions that match the sentiment (adjusted expectations, timelines, team members jumping in to get things done, etc.). The company is growing rapidly, but maintaining a positive culture that handles pressure well. Specifically for the development team, we are given the room to make mistakes and encouraged to learn/grow from them. Everyone openly acknowledges that what we are attempting to do is not easy, but that we are all capable of working together to get it done. That sort of culture tends to bring the best out of people, and I love being a part of it!

Cons

Because we are working with government data in an environment we don't own, there are a lot of processes that cannot be automated that we get stuck putting in extra time to get done on a schedule. Management is working to address this challenge, but at the moment, it's a huge setback/inconvenience.

Pros

By far the best part of working at Trella is the culture - great team with positive win-win dynamic and lots of fun. Additionally we are scaling-up and celebrate many big accomplishments together. Top talent. Good work-life balance. Bonus structure. Love the people.

Cons

Be ready to work hard - but the reward is worth the effort.
